Websites for volunteer-run clubs
We build and maintain websites for clubs, associations and small non-profits, set up so any board member can keep them current.
When the volunteer who built the site moves on
A lot of club websites were built by one generous volunteer. When that person steps down, often nobody else has the logins, and the site slowly goes out of date. Many are hard to read on a phone, and joining still means printing a form and dropping off a cheque.
It's a common problem, and it isn't the board's fault. Most of these sites were never set up for more than one person to run.
What we do for your club
- A site designed for phones first, in your club's colours and with your crest, and easy to read for members with low vision.
- Online joining and renewals through a membership form in the club's own account, with a list of who has paid.
- Ongoing care: updates, security and backups, plus the small changes you ask for.
- Editing for board members, so each can update their own pages and a new secretary can take over without starting from scratch.
Every club is different, so we start with a conversation about what yours needs.
It stays your club's site
Your club's name, colours and crest come first. We add a small credit in the footer, and that's it.
- Your web address, your pages and your member list belong to the club.
- You can have a copy of everything whenever you like.
- If your club's needs change, you're not locked in.
Tell us about your club
A short note is enough. Tell us about your club and its current website, and we'll reply by email.
We only use your email address to reply to you.
How we work with clubs
We keep a written record of decisions, test the site on phones before launch, and give you the logins along with a short guide for whoever takes over.
